Where can I pickup my order?

How soon can I pickup my order?


Orders can be picked up as soon as you have booked an appointment time. Appointments can be made Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. If you cannot find the appointmnt time you are looking for, this means another customer has booked for it. To book an appointment click HERE.




What if I show up without an appointment?


Our team assembles orders in the sequence we receive them. We reserve the right to refuse service and will politely ask you to return once you have a scheduled appointment time. Orders take time to arrange. Our appointment-based scheduling system remains in place to ensure our team stays as efficient as possible. This allows us to continue to offer the quickest turnaround times for products and pickup.




How does online order pickup work?


Once you have placed an order through our website you book an appointment for pickup HERE. You will then receive a confirmation email with pickup details and an option to add the event to your Apple or Google calendar.





SHIPPING

How long do orders take to ship?


All orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped same day! This means your products are scheduled for courier pickup with one of our multiple providers. Tracking numbers are emailed 1-2 business days after your order has been dispatched.




How will my order ship?


All orders ship the day they are placed with one of our many trusted shipping partners (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Loomis). Orders over $300 ship LTL to a post office within 20km of your residential address. The post office then calls you for pickup when your order arrives. If you do not live close to a post office; not to worry. We arrange for appointment delivery to your doorstep at no extra cost.




What orders receive free shipping?


All orders over 300$ receive Free Canada Wide Express Shipping. For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer a $24.99 flat rate, Express Shipping option!





RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?


We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The items you wish to return must be either brought in person or shipped to our Calgary warehouse location. You will then be refunded the following business day.




What warranty do you offer?


We proudly provide a 365-day return or replacement, limited warranty, on any faulty products. This warranty does not apply to any products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care.
